The Sierra Leone Association for Persons With Albinism (SLAPWA) in partnership with Lady Ellen Women’s Aid Foundation (LEWAF) with support from the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) is conducting a two weeks nationwide research which evaluates major challenges faced by persons with albinism and their specific justice needs as a way of celebrating the IAAD.
This research lasted from 29th May - 11th June 2018 and will climax with radio and television programs on the 13th June, 2018 to raise awareness.
